1. Stop self-criticising and start self-congratulating. Accept and love your yourself. Know that the world needs you exactly as you are.

2. Listen to the whispers; take noice of your intuition. Use that, rather than what others think as guidance.

3.  Light candles – often. To invoke a particular quality or Goddess; at breakfast, lunch, tea. Candles create a soft light, conducive to female rhythms.#

4.  What is something that would  truly enhance your life and which you rarely do? Could you do it this  week? Buy yourself some flowers? Go to an exhibition? Walk in nature? Buy something in a colour which lifts your spirits?

5. Spend a couple of minutes – or more – each day, just sitting. Breathe  deeply and consciously into your belly. Surrender to the essence of who you really are. Just be – nothing to do. We are human beings, not human doings.

6. Do something each day which will raise your frequency; chanting, singing, dancing, meditating, burning essential oils. Remember this is just as important a part of your timetable as anything else, and will help to connect you with your essence.

7.  Be the heroine of your ownlife and not the victim.
